Alice Chen - General Counsel and Co-founder

Alice is China-born, Los Angeles-raised, and now Singapore-based, she is a licensed real estate attorney in California. Alice worked as a real estate lawyer with prominent US-based law firms, including DLA Piper in Los Angeles, and Skadden Arps in both Tokyo and Shanghai. Alice earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California. Alice has worked on over US$2billion of real estate transactions across multiple countries and deal types. She ensures that the proper checks and balances are in place for the company and all of the investors. She speaks Mandarin and English, and enjoys a good debate.

Karmei Morin
Crowd Capital Advisors, Business Development

The possibilities of regeneration of grassroots concepts, products, businesses and real estate, has invigorated Karmei's creativity. "Previously, I was there in spirit but now I have pledged myself to the God-fathers of Crowdfunding, Sherwood Niess and Jason Best, and to spread the word and perhaps ruffle those conservatives feather, yet again." She is a non-practicing solicitor of Hong Kong, and has property investments in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong & Japan.

Trevor Williams is Founder of Ministry of Risk, an business advisory and technology (GRC) business based in Singapore. He also serves as non-executive/independent director for several businesses including a content marketing platform and a regional executive search firm. Previously, he held executive roles with F5 Networks, BEA Systems (now Oracle Corporation), Yahoo! and VISA International. Trevor is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA), Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and Member of Singapore Institute of Directors (MSID).
Thomas Kwan
Thomas Kwan has been a Lawyer for 43 years and advises InvestaCrowd on all things legal.

Following completion of Articles at the firm of Holman Webb, he commenced his own practice of Tesoriero Kwan. The firm acted for a number of property developers including Donlan Developments Pty Ltd and Leda Holdings Pty Ltd. Additionally, the firm acted for the Government of the People's Republic of China and for a number of Hong Kong developers including New World Developments Ltd in a joint bid with The Leighton Group in a bid for the Sydney Casino License.

Subsequently, he joined the firm of Brophy Bridge & Mirow who acted for many property developers including British Land, Charter Hall, Leighton Holdings Ltd and Euro Asia Group of Singapore. Tom knows his wine and also how to cook the best spit bbq in the Southern Highlands.
